Army ROTC provides enlisted soldiers an opportunity to earn a commission as Officers in the Army and pursue a bachelor’s or graduate degree through the Green to Gold Program.
The Green to Gold Program is separate from standard Army education benefits. It offers enlisted soldiers a chance at a new career path, where they’ll serve as leaders, problem-solvers, mission planners and mentors to junior soldiers.
